We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

If you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days, as long as the item is in its original condition.

To start a return, please contact us first with your order number and reason for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the refund status.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
